  We are looking for a motivated, experienced, hands-on Carpenter that can work independently and with a crew. The ideal individual can handle a project from start to finish and can contribute skills as part of a team. This is an individual with strong leadership skills that oversees all aspects of a project, allocates resources to projects accordingly, and last but not least, maintains the high standards of workmanship that Bow-Vin adheres to.

• Able to lead other employees and installers on installation methods, tools, equipment, and materials
• Ensure the safety of themselves and their team at all times
• Motivate, encourage, and recognize their team members and their efforts
• Loads the truck before leaving the company, ensuring everything needed is on the truck
• Prepare the job site after the crew is introduced to customer
• Perform high quality installations, moving job progress to an on-time completion
• Complete clerical tasks (time, materials, etc.) 
• Offer suggestions that will help the quality, efficiency, or safety of the job
• Provide a remarkable customer experience
• Have a reliable work vehicle

• Duties will include a wide variety of tasks, from framing and painting, to sheetrock, roofing to tiling and everything in between.
• Able to work safely in a physically demanding job.
